55 minutes of time spent together either in person or virtually, with the purpose of obtaining a thorough health history to gain understanding of your health goals and to determine which type of further work-up is necessary.

FOLLOW-UP (40 MINUTES)
45 minutes of time spent together either in person or virtually, with the purpose of gaining additional information about your health goals, reviewing lab and/or imaging results, and refining your individualized treatment plan. You will leave having a clear idea of what to expect until the next time I see you.

QUICK CHECK IN (15 MINUTES):
15 minutes of time spent together to help you keep on track with your health goals, or for a quick lab review appointment.
